NAV rocks convergence
Jaime Bastidas Patino
writes "
We got demoed at the keynote this morning, introduced by Bill Gates, and boy did NAV 5.0 perform well.
This is a very early preview of the product, so there were many areas that were not finished, but it behaved beautifully, smooth and fast.
What made you tick? The new UI? How centralized all information is in one page? The integration with Mappoint/Windows Live Local? The integration with Office? The super fancy reports?
And the best is yet to come....."
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 Demos
Jaime Bastidas Patino
writes "Amazing. Not even 3 days in Dallas, and the new NAV client has already been demoed a couple of times....The Product Unit Manager has shown live-and-kicking code, built from the bits in our source control system.

NAV Parties
John Kleb
writes "You know that the Dynamics NAV team is good at building product. They are innovative, clever, and efficient with code. You probably also know that they are very good at having a good time. Dynamics NAV team parties are the best parties at Convergence. They are entertaining, populated with great folks, and just plain fun. In case you haven't heard the whens and wheres, here you go:
Friday, March 24th from 5:30 to 8:00 at the Hyatt - NAV User Group Reception
Sunday, March 26th from 7:00 to Midnight at the Hyatt - Dynamics NAV Gala
See you there.
