Microsoft CRM in full screen mode
Ok this post will answer lot's of my emails regarding the issue how to launch Microsoft CRM in a maximized browser instead of seeing it in a smaller sized Internet Explorer.
Do as follows:
1. Open a new Internet Explorer window
2. Click the restore down button (that's in between _ and X)
3. Move the Internet Explorer screen to the upper left corner and manual size it
4. Close Internet Explorer
5. Open Internet Explorer
5. Type in http://localhost:5555 (or which address you use)
