CRM Team Blog is Off and Running
Not only is the CRM Team blog now available it is staffed with the same devs, PMs, QA, and UX folks who created Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. The first post features Charles Eliot's favorite Dynamics CRM 3.0 feature, filtered views.
I first met Charles in February during my interviews for the position of CRM site manager. Charles is a fellow musician, playing the electric guitar. And I've even seen him with his guitar heading off to practice. I wonder what kind of band the CRM product team could put together. :o)
Last year when I was working on the Visual Studio team, we threw together an xTet of nine player for a charity event. It turned out to be the best combo I've ever played with. It seems a lot of Microsofties were once pro or semi-pro musicians. With two hours of practice, we played to very appreciative audiences at two different venues as part of Microsoft's Day of Giving.
