May 24 Exchange Forwarding Rules not workingI was recently alerted to a really neat tool from the Exchange Team - the "MFCMAPI" tool.
So what has this got to do with CRM? Well, if you have any users who claim their emails are not appearing in CRM, then this tool might be able to help you find out why. If a user has been upgraded from earlier version of Outlook, there may be some 'rules' sitting in the users account that you cannot see - which may be conflicting with the CRM Exchange Email forwarding rules.
Using this tool you can remove the erroneous rule(s).
