Relationship Feature

Relationships is a powerful feature that some firms (just struggling to grasp and master) might not have tapped into yet. One of the key things to remember about using the relationships feature is that it is intuitive and easy to use.

You can easily setup relationships to track referrals, bankers, similar connections between very different accounts or contacts.

Another thing that is often overlooked is that you can use relationships with regards to the OPPORTUNITY entity. You can then track for instance who referred a specific opportunity to who and more.

If you have not looked at the relationship feature I suggest you take a few minutes and take a look.

What to do when you have many different accounts (different in names and forms)?

Can I have a custom account and trsfer Opportunity to it?

Those account will need to have many to many relationships with contacts and other accounts????????????????

When I looked at this feature awhile back it appeared that the relationship picklists were uneditable. Perhaps the Update Rollup fixed that. Any thoughts?
