Save as Complete

One of the strengths or perhaps the weaknesses of MS Dynamics CRM is that the commands to get things done are very "picture/icon" oriented. This is great once you learn the system, but a little tougher when you are just trying to find things.

Keep in mind that on ACTIVITIES creation you have the ability to SAVE AS COMPLETE and as such save yourself a step when taking an incoming phone call for instance or when you are posting historical information.

On the top menu toolbar of creating a new activity you have an extra icon which is save as complete. Roll your mouse over the icon and you will see what it is for.
